The Mexico boys won its first of two home games against fellow Class 4 opponents this week by defeating Boonville 66-40 on Monday night. DJ Long finished with a game-high 22 points, Jordan Shelton followed with 15 points, and Donye Nunnelly, PJ Perkins and Dante Kelley combined for 29 rebounds.
The Bulldogs host state-ranked No. 2 Father Tolton on Thursday night.
