Mexico's 14th straight win over Fulton and 13th straight year taking home the 54 Bowl trophy had a lot of points.
The Bulldogs won 63-42 at their North Central Missouri Conference rival after they finished with 497 rushing yards (16.6 yards per carry) and 569 total yards while Fulton had 402 rushing yards and 436 total yards. Drew DeMint finished with 208 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries, Charlie Fisher had 134 yards and two touchdowns on four carries, Connor Fisher ran for 95 yards and two touchdowns, and Marshall Ball ran for two touchdowns. Charlie Fisher added a 39-yard passing touchdown to James Matthews.
