Charles Leon Lincoln, 83, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30 at First United Pentecostal Church in Mexico with Larry Baitinger officiating the service.
Visitation will be on Monday, Jan. 30, from 12 p.m. until time of services at the church. Arnold Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
