Community R-6 faced Higbee in the Class 1 District 12 tournament that was moved to Battle High School in Columbia, with the Trojans' game starting around 9:15 p.m. Gavin Allen of Community and Derek Rockett of Higbee struck out 16 and 15, respectively, with Allen matching a career-high, but the Trojans won 2-0 to advance to the championship game at 5 p.m. today against Cairo.
