A Mass of Christian Burial for David Welschmeyer, 73, of Martinsburg, will be held at 10 a.m., April 11 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Martinsburg. Visitation will be April 12, from 5-7 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Myers Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
