Frank Edward Volkmer III, 84, of Mexico, MO, passed away on June 13, 2025, at the home of his son, Joseph Volkmer. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, at Elmwood Cemetery Shelter in Mexico.
