Harold Eugene “Butch” Folta, 64, of Wellsville, passed away Friday, Dec. 18 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Private family graveside services will be held at Smyrna Cemetery in New Hartford.
Services are under the direction of the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.
