Henry Vance Shivers, Jr., 74, of Columbia, passed away on Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, at The Bluffs in Columbia.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, at Arnold Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
