John L. “Johnny” Bowers, 83, Barnett, Mo. passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 4, 1939, the son of the late Lloyd and Versia Mae (Bradley) Bowers. He first was united in marriage to Linda Jean White who preceded him in death. Later on April 4, 2015 he was united in marriage to Betty Lou (Love) Bowers.
Johnny served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for A.B. Chance Co in Centralia for many years.
A graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Perche Cemetery near Clark, Mo. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO.
