Arrests:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 38-year-old Kevin D. Snyder, on Friday, November 4th, for a Mexico warrant.
Calls for service:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, November 4th:
Displaying a weapon on West Breckenridge.
A structure fire at Summit/Old Farm Road.
A report of child abuse or neglect at West Monroe.
A stealing or theft on 4224 South Clark and at South Agricultural.
A runaway juvenile on West Boulevard.
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service on Saturday, November 5th:
A runaway juvenile at South Jefferson.
An intoxicated person driving on South Missouri.
Drug activity in progress at 4820 South Clark.
Public Safety went to these calls on Sunday, November 6th:
An intoxicated person driving at West Monroe.
Shop lifting at 4820 South Clark.
A stealing or theft on Robinhood.
Car Accidents:
A two car accident on Clark at Boulevard on Saturday, November 5th. According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 83-year-old Ruth Powell, of Centralia ran into the back of a vehicle driven by 68-year-old Mary Vine, of Mexico. No injuries were reported.
A two car accident at East Liberty/MLK. According to the Mexico Public Safety department accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Otis Vaughn, of Mexico was exiting the Xpress Mart parking lot. The windows to the vehicle were fogged over and as the vehicle continued on East Liberty it crashed into a light pole. A second vehicle driven by Taylor O'Connor was traveling behind Vaughn's vehicle ran over the light pole after it landed on the roadway. A passenger in Vaughn's vehicle, 32-year-old Latasha Barnes, was taken by Audrain Ambulance to Boone Hospital with an injured arm.
