Missouri Military Academy JV wins division at Hermitage meet
The Missouri Military Academy junior varsity runners brought home a win on Saturday.
The Colonels won the purple division in the JV 5,000 meters at the Hermitage Dam Invitational, scoring 36 points. MMA had seven runners in the top 20 out of 59 runners.
Joshua Miller was fifth with a time of 21:40, Dallas Grantz was eighth with a 22:14, Alexander Nikas was ninth with a 22:15, Jacob Stallone was 13th with a 22:26, Jacob Pehle was 17th with a 23:19, Khas-Erdine Sod-Erdine was 18th with a 23:21 and Tyler Bien was 20th with a 23:30.
Colonels soccer winning streak ends with 2-1 loss at Sunnydale
The Missouri Military Academy soccer winning streak has ended at seven.
The Colonels lost 2-1 on Monday at Sunnydale Adventist Academy. Jose Orozco scored for MMA, and Joseph Roach made four saves.
MMA (9-2) hosts district foe Father Tolton (7-4) at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
