Community R-6 competed in the Cairo High School Relay track meet April 6. Stand-out performances were turned in by Aaron Carter, who took fourth in the javelin (107]-10.5) and third in the shot put (37’11.5). For the girls, Sarah Angel finished fourth in the 200 meter dash (30.43).
Victoria DiSalvo took third in the 100 meter hurdles (19.06) and second in the 300 hurdles (59.42).
Next up, they head to Westran Thursday.
