Ralph Edward Skelly, 97, of Ashland, passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mexico.
Private graveside services with military honors were held at Elmwood Cemetery in Mexico.
Arnold Funeral Home in Mexico handled the arrangements.
