Police in Nevada arrested Timothy S. Midgyett on Saturday for the June 27 murder of Chance Davis in Mexico.
Midgyett was the last outstanding warrant in the fatal home invasion case. On July 31, Quincy, Illinois police arrested Deyton L Curtis-Fisher. On Oct. 8, the US Marshals arrested Sadiq J Moore in Columbia.
On Saturday night, officers with the Las Vegas Police Department stopped a vehicle occupied by Midgyett. He was arrested without incident.
The Mexico Public Safety Department has been working with numerous agencies since the warrants were issued on July 20, in order to get Curtis-Fisher, Moore, and Midgyett into custody.
Information from cooperative citizens and efforts from these three agencies and others, including the Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Boone County Sheriff's Office, led to these arrests.
