Vandalia was a bustling place to be Saturday morning as it hosted its annual spring citywide yard sale and its monthly flea market (above). The flea market, held the first Friday and Saturday of each month at the Vandalia Fairgrounds, featured several vendors. Also setting up shop was the Vandalia Area Fair Board, members of which served breakfast - including biscuits and gravy (shown above, as served by Frank Wallace) - as well as barbecuing for the lunch crowd. Manning the grill is Jules Eoff.
