Elmer Lee “Shorty” Stuart, Jr., 66, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, Dec 21, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Private family memorial services will be on Monday, Dec. 28 at the Myers Funeral Home in Wellsville.
Inurnment will be in the Wellsville Cemetery.
