The Mexico Area Family YMCA has hosted several youth camps this summer, including an outdoors camp for third- to fifth-graders last week from July 10-14. The week began with fishing at East Lawn Memorial Park as kids learned the proper and safe way to handle and cast a fishing pole. Other activities during the week included archery and hiking.
