On May 15, 2022, Roger “Derick” Craghead departed this world to his home in Heaven, due to
a collision from another 18 wheel truck in New Mexico.
He was born on Dec 4, 1980 in Mexico, MO to Rhonda (Gruer) and Roger D. Craghead. He grew up in this area and was currently residing in Knob Noster, MO. He lived in this area the greater part of his life.
Derick impacted the lives of many people; it didn’t matter if he had just met you or known you forever. He leaves behind a hole in this world that will never be filled.
He will be greatly missed by those he loved. He leaves behind many loved ones, his mother Rhonda Gruer, father Roger Craghead (Patricia); his wife Kerri Craghead; siblings Tiffany Keipp & her children Katy & Josiah Powell; Miranda Wood & her daughter Peyton; Zack Keipp; Heather Beaty (Dewayne) & their children Christian & Kenzie; Brandy MicGlire & her children Rielee & Izzy; Katie Nichols(James) and their children Addison & Olivia. Step children Austin Davis(Hailey) & Machezney Whittall (Freddy) & step-grandson Julius Scott. Close friends Meshach Little(Jessica) & Scott Powers. Along with aunts, uncles, cousins, & numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Irvin & Ruby Gruer and paternal grandparents Marvin & Arlene Craghead, a niece Brandy Wood, brother-in-law Scott MicGlire, &
Step grandmother Glenna Gruer.
