Due to unforeseen complications with procuring asphalt, M&K Rail Construction will now be moving up construction by one day. The below closure will now take place Wednesday and Thursday at the previously mentioned times.
M&K Rail Construction will be closing Elmwood Dr just north of the Lakeview intersection to conduct maintenance work on the Mexico Industrial Rail Spur.
The closure is planned to begin at 7am Thursday (11/10/22) morning. Work on the crossing is anticipated to be completed by 3pm Friday (11/11/22) - at which time Elmwood will be reopened.
Traffic may utilize Bassford Dr and Smiley Dr as a detour.
