Since 1855, you’ve been able to count on The Mexico Ledger for local news — delivered to your mailbox, available online, and found throughout the community.
For years, advertising covered most of the cost of producing this newspaper. As more businesses shifted to online marketing, that model has changed. Now, we rely more heavily on reader support to continue delivering the local coverage you depend on. At the same time, printing and delivery costs continue to rise.
Each week, our goal remains the same: to produce the best newspaper possible and reflect the people, stories and issues that define Audrain County.
To continue that mission, we are launching our Support Local Journalism campaign through June 14. We’re asking readers who value The Mexico Ledger to consider making a donation.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward the cost of producing, printing and delivering your newspaper.
If local news matters to you, we invite you to be part of sustaining it.
Checks can be made payable to The Mexico Ledger. Please include “Support Local Journalism” in the memo line and mail to: P.O. Box 8, Mexico, MO 65265.
Please donate today. Every contribution makes a difference.
