Two-car collision sends three people to hospital

BOONE - Three people were seriously injured when their vehicles collided April 28 at northbound U.S. 63 at Westbrook Drive.

Each of the three people - a 48-year-old Columbia man driving a 2014 Toyota Prius and 54-year-old Hartsburg man driving a 2003 Chevy Silverado, along with the 9-year-old female passenger - were taken to University Hospital, the crash report stated. 

The crash report stated the Silverado attempted to cross over both lanes of U.S, 63 and collided with the Prius. The wreck happened just before 6:10 p.m.

Columbia man crashes car after going off roadway

BOONE - An 18-year-old Columbia man suffered minor injuries after he was in a single-car accident April 27 at U.S. 63 northbound just north of Missouri 763.

The wreck happened shortly before 7:25 p.m. when the man, driving a 2018 Subaru BRZ, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a tree and overturned. He was taken to University Hospital. 

Illinois man sent to hospital after collision

BOONE - A Chatham, Illinois, man suffered moderate injuries after he was involved in a crash April 23 at the U.S. 40 eastbound ramp to Interstate 70 at Route UU.

The crash report said the man, 28, was taken to University Hospital. The wreck happened just after 5:40 a.m.

The man was traveling in a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue when he failed to yield for traffic at an intersection and collided with another vehicle, a 2022 Dodge Charger driven by a Boonville man, 26.

Fulton man injured after single-car crash

CALLAWAY - A Fulton man was taken by private vehicle to University Hospital after he crashed his vehicle April 24 at Route J at Route F.

The man, 21, was driving his 2008 Chevy Cobalt when traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck the ditch and came to a rest after striking a culvert. The man suffered moderate injuries. The wreck happened at 10:40 p.m.
