Mexico girl involved in one-car crash
AUDRAIN - A 14-year-old Mexico girl suffered minor injuries after she was injured in a one-car crash May 3 at Audrain Road 989 south of Missouri 22.
The report said she refused medical treatment.
The wreck occurred at 4:30 p.m. when the driver, a 16-year-old female of Glasgow, was traveling south in her 2001 Chevrolet Silverado when she traveled off the left side of the road and overturned. The driver was not injured.
Motorcyclist hurt in accident
BOONE - A 19-year-old Columbia man suffered moderate injuries when his motorcycle collided with a car May 3 on Route E south of Akeman Bridge Road.
The man was transported to University Hospital.
The wreck occurred at 9:55 a.m. when the Columbia man, riding a 2023 Kawasaki S400 motorcycle, was traveling too fast to negotiate a curve, the crash report stated, and crossed the center of the roadway and collided with a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by a 53-year-old Harrisburg woman. The motorcyclist then traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned, ejecting the rider. The Equinox driver was not injured.
O'Fallon girl injured in UTV crash
CALLAWAY - A 16-year-old O’Fallon girl suffered serious injuries after she was involved in a one-vehicle accident May 2 at Wildwood Estate Drive, north of Crows Fork Dam Drive. The driver, a 24-year-old St. Louis man, was not injured.
The wreck occurred at 9:45 p.m. when a 2023 Honda Pioneer 1000 was traveling north and went off the right side of the roadway and overturned and ejected the passenger, who was taken to University Hospital.
Girl taken to hospital after single-vehicle crash
CALLAWAY - A 17-year-old Fulton girl suffered serious injuries when she was riding in a car that crashed April 29 at Route O at County Road 155.
The girl was taken to University Hospital.
The wreck occurred at 9:35 p.m. The crash report said the driver of a 2003 Ford Escape - a 17-year-old Fulton girl - was traveling west on Missouri Highway O and ran off the right side of the road and struck a Chevron sign, tree and an embankment before coming to a rest. The driver was not hurt.
