Man injured after overturning his vehicle
BOONE - A Topeka, Kansas, man suffered minor injuries after he was involved in a one-vehicle wreck July 19 on eastbound Interstate 70 east of Route Z.
The man, 20, was taken to University Hospital. The wreck happened just before 4:45 a.m.
The crash report stated the man, who was driving a 2018 Kia Sorento, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The vehicle crossed Interstate 70 Drive Southeast and struck a mailbox.
Fulton man taken to hospital after crash
CALLAWAY - Two Fulton men suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash July 20 on westbound 54 east of AA/OO.
One of the men, 23, the driver, was taken by a family member to St. Mary’s Hospital. The other man, 22, an occupant, was not transported.
The wreck happened at 4:45 a.m. when the vehicle, a 2007 Ford F-150, attempted to avoid a deer and traveled off the left side roadway, and then returned to the roadway and then went off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then overturned one time and came to a rest upright, facing east.
Auxvasse man taken to hospital after hitting deer
CALLAWAY - An Auxvasse man suffered minor injuries after he struck a deer on his motorcycle on Route E east of Route M, according to a crash report.
The man, 19, was taken to University Hospital. The wreck happened at 9:30 p.m. July 17 when the man, riding a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500, struck the deer and excited the left side of the roadway.
