Two Mexico residents suffer minor injuries after wreck
AUDRAIN - Three people, including two from Mexico, suffered minor injuries after a one-car crash on County Road 355, a half mile north of County Road 326, on May 29.
The two Mexico residents - a 21-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man - were taken to University Hospital. A 17-year-old male occupant from Rush Hill was not transported to the hospital.
The wreck occurred around 8 p.m. when the driver, the 21-year-old woman, traveled off the right side of the road in a 2007 Ford Edge and went into a ditch.
Man strikes deer on I-70
BOONE - A Ravenwoood man suffered minor injuries after he struck a deer June 2 on Interstate 70.
The man, 52, was taken to University Hospital.
The wreck occurred when the man, driving a 2023 Ford Explorer, was traveling west on the interstate and struck the deer near the 121 mile marker, the crash report stated. The wreck occurred just before 1:40 a.m.
