Altrusa International of Mexico, Missouri, Inc. met on May 28 at noon at The Oaks for their program meeting. The meeting was called to order by Co-President Jackie Vaughn followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. There were 22 members in attendance along with one guest.

Committee reports were as follows:

• Membership reported it has two more applications for membership.
• Literacy reported that all the puzzle books have been delivered to the nursing homes and the remainder went to the Mexico Senior Center.
• Hospitality – the Miss Missouri Luncheon was held on June 10 at the Canteen at Missouri Military Academy.
• Foundation will meet to elect officers and set up the budget for the 2026-2027 year.
• Special Events invited all to Serenity Winery.

Installation of the 2026/2027 officers was led by Carla Tanzey.

The officers are: Co-Presidents Tricia Jackson and Tiffani Maxwell, First Vice-President Susan Paden, Second Vice-President Teresa Kelly, Past Presidents Gina Raines and Jackie Vaughn, Recording Secretary Patty Meyers, Corresponding Secretary Jane Duffner, Treasurer Jill Rafferty, Parliamentarian Donna Peak, Director Kathy Jackson (1-year term), Director Molly Hanley (2-year term).

Members gave Happy Moments and recited the benediction to close the meeting.
