Bulldogs bring summer to end at Higbee Shootout

The Mexico boys basketball team played 32 scrimmages in 12 days this summer and finished with a 21-11 record. The Bulldogs lost five games by seven points or less. They have victories over out-of-state teams from Illinois, Kansas and Kentucky; a two-point win over Father Tolton on a Fisher buzzer-beating 3-pointer; a nine-point win over Jefferson City and a 17-point win over Palmyra.
