A 64-year-old Centralia woman suffered moderate injuries after a crash involving a train Sept. 15 at southbound Audrain Road 165 north of Audrain Road 161.
The woman was taken to University Hospital. The wreck occurred at 3:45 p.m.
The crash report stated the woman, driving a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, entered the railroad crossing and collided with another vehicle, a train. After impact, the Wrangler ran off the right side of the roadway. The train came to a controlled stop. Stationary signs were displayed at the railroad crossing.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol no longer releases the names of the occupants involved in injury crashes.
