First State Bank President Ron Hopkins introduced his team, as well as his team members who joined from area First State Community Banks. Hopkins emphasized that while other companies were not putting up brick and mortar buildings, First State Community Bank is investing in and taking care of their customers. Mr. Hopkins said First State Community Bank is more like working with a family than a company.
Mr. Hopkins also gave a brief history of First State Community Bank. There were tours conducted emphasizing that all offices include a picture enhancing Mexico. These pictures were taken by Christina Unger, a local photographer. In addition to the tours, refreshments were served and door prizes were given out.
