North Callaway's offense didn't look its best in the first half on Friday night at home, trailing Mark Twain (0-5, 0-3 EMO) 8-6, but eventually won 30-14 for the Thunderbirds' first Eastern Missouri Conference victory this season. Tucker Wright broke free for three runs for over 30 yards, amassing more than 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns. North Callaway (2-3, 1-2 EMO) didn't turn the ball over in the second half after recording four turnovers in the first half. The Thunderbirds travel to conference foe Van-Far (1-4, 0-4 EMO) next Friday.
