The Miss Missouri candidates were surprised Tuesday afternoon, June 14, when their lunch, sponsored by the Mexico Kiwanis Club, featured a special guest. Mrs. Teresa Parson, Missouri's First Lady.
During the event, Mrs Parson, met each candidate and visited with them about their platforms and goals. She also addressed the lunch attendees and presented the Miss Missouri Class of 2022 with a special book, featuring the stories of the women in the Missouri Senate.
