Kay Jeanette Talley Foreman, 62, of Rush Hill, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19, at Arnold Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Hudson officiating. Private burial will follow at Littleby Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
