The Laddonia Athletic Association hosted the city’s annual 4th of July celebration Saturday — carrying on a tradition that has lasted 74 years.
Jeremy Fendrick, president of the athletic association, said the group was “just tickled” by the attendance and wanted to thank all of the donors who made the event possible.
“We had a great and successful 4th of July,” Fendrick said. “We’re really pleased with the turnout and we’re forever grateful.”
The parade, which kicked off at 11 a.m., featured Little Miss Hadley Logerman and Little Mister Hagan Deimeke.
