For the first time in six meetings, Mexico girls tennis were on the losing side against Moberly.
The Lady Bulldogs lost their home dual 6-3 to the Lady Spartans (4-3, 3-2 NCMC, 3-2 vs district) on Thursday at Fairgrounds Park Netplex in Mexico to snap a five-dual winning streak against their North Central Missouri Conference rival but extend a three-dual losing streak this season. Mexico's overall record falls to 4-10, its conference record is 2-2 and its record against district opponents falls to 1-3.
Mexico competes in the Osage Tournament on Saturday.
