The Easter Bunny, his good friend Batman, the Mexico Public Safety Department Police and Fire and Audrain County EMS gathered at Fairytale Estates in Mexico Saturday for the annual Angel Wings Easter Event. Angel Wings is a nonprofit organization that supports children in the foster care program. The organization supports foster, foster adopted and kinship placements. Children were invited to play games and win prizes in the Fairytale Estates barn. Outside, over 6,000 eggs were scattered around the grounds. Each child in the program received a special, giant Easter basket put together by the Angel Wings family with each individual child’s needs and wants in mind.
