Why are you running and why should people vote for you?
I’m running for school board because I care about our students and our community. I want all students to be prepared for a successful future.
Voters should support me because I have 18 years of experience working in education, and I want to do what is best for students, teachers, support staff and administrators. I will be responsible with the use of your taxpayer dollars.
What are your goals if elected?
If elected my goals will be to attract and maintain qualified teachers and non-certified staff, be responsible in budgeting, be transparent in decision making and support parents and our community members.
What issues are most pressing for your constituency?
I believe the most pressing issues currently facing our district are finding and retaining highly qualified teachers and staff, future district funding, maintaining a safe school environment and addressing student mental health.
