On top of their already decorated seasons, softball players from Mexico, Community R-6 and Centralia learned their seasons were even better.
Hannah Loyd from Mexico; Brooklynn Glasgow, Paige Painter and Jocelyn Curtis from Community R-6; and Madi Johnson, Cora King and Kaelyn Walters from Centralia were named to their respective all-region teams.
The sophomore catcher Loyd was a first team all-conference and all-district catcher, making all-conference and all-district teams for the second time.
Glasgow is a first team at-large player, Painter is first team utility and Curtis is an honorable mention pitcher. Each Lady Trojan was already a first-team all-conference and all-district player, including Painter as the Central Activities Conference MVP in Community’s conference championship season.
Johnson, King and Walters were already named as first-team all-conference and all-district players and each made the first team on their all-region team. Johnson and Walters were unanimous all-conference players in Centralia’s Clarence Cannon Conference title season.
