All that Mexico needed on Friday night was offense. The Bulldogs lost their Homecoming game 13-0 to North Central Missouri Conference rival and the ninth-best team in Class 3 Moberly despite keeping the Spartans from going north of a one-possession lead until the fourth quarter, thanks to a fumble at the goal line and goal line stand in the first half. Mexico did gain a new Homecoming Queen as former Queen Capri'Ona Fountain returned to crown Kaitlin Rose.
