John Hoyle, 47, is being held at Audrain County Jail without bond.
The crimes that Hoyle has been charged with are alleged to have occurred between 2011 and 2013, according to court records. A woman contacted the Mexico Public Safety Department in November 2024 to report information alleging Hoyle made sexual contact with her multiple times during the period between 2011 and 2013 in Mexico. She was under 17 at the time of the alleged crimes, said Audrain County Prosecuting Attorney Jacob Shellabarger.
Shellabarger said Judge Jonathan Yelton from Warren County has been assigned to the case. Hoyle’s next court date is today.
