It was taco Tuesday in the Audrain County Courthouse community room for the Relay for Life of Audrain County Kickoff dinner.
The annual kickoff event, hosted by the Event Leadership team on April 29, was a fiesta inspired evening of friendship, food and fundraising with music by Scott Webber and a powerful speech by cancer survivor Amanda Jung.
On the menu were tacos and nachos with a choice of beef or shredded chicken and all the toppings you could think of served with tea, water and cookies.
This year marks the American Cancer Society’s 40th year of Relay for Life, so the leadership team has chosen “40 Years of Impact” for the 2025 Relay for Life theme.
