Ronald Dean Barnes, 84 of Centralia died Sunday August 23, 2026, at the Gamma Road Nursing Center in Wellsville.
Family and friends are invited to Ronald’s Life Celebration at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia with burial to follow in the Centralia City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the funeral home.
Ronald was born on October 30, 1941, the son of Lena Pearl (Robinson) Barnes.
Ronald married Lorene Barnes and she preceded him in death on June 6, 2026.
Ronald is survived by his children, Brenda Barnes of Mexico, Larry Barnes (Teresa Tainter) of Centralia, Frank Barnes (Jane) of Benton City. Billy Barnes (Gerri) of Centralia; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Along with his wife Lorene, Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.
He worked as a mechanic then as a welder and supervisor with A.B. Chance until his retirement.
Ronald enjoyed fishing, camping, riding his Goldwing Trike and car racing.
