On top of that, the Centralia junior set a new school record with his winning time of 15:26.4 in the boys blue division in the Gans Creek Classic in Columbia. Jensen Decker also medaled for boys with a ninth-place time of 16:13, and Katelynn Asbury medaled in the girls white division with a third-place time of 19:24.
Seth Stevenson finished 20th for the Mexico boys in the blue division with a time of 16:46.60. The next best finisher for the Bulldogs was Reid Bickell in 114th. For the girls blue division, Maryam Waheed and Maria Peuster were 72nd and 74th, respectively, with times of 21:55.20 and 21:57.70.
Edie Wormington was the best finisher for Paris as she was 36th in the girls white division with a time of 21:49.60. Elizabeth Ross was 79th with a time of 23:10.30, and Hayden DeOrnellas was the top Paris boys finisher in 68th in the boys white division with a time of 18:51.30.
