Heather Anne Rose, 31, two charges of second degree endangering the welfare of a child

Sherry Marie Pulley, 45, felony driving while revoked or suspended, speeding (26 m.p.h. or more), careless and imprudent driving, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, first degree property damage, resisting arrest, stealing motor vehicle or watercraft, crop loss

MPSD arrests juvenile for alleged car break-ins

On Tuesday, Oct. 17,, the Mexico Public Safety Department (MPSD) responded to reports of numerous thefts from motor vehicles. The thefts occurred during the previous overnight hours in the southwest part of Mexico. Review of the area video indicated four people were involved and they were traveling in a dark colored SUV. As a result of information provided by alert residents, a 15 year-old male juvenile was detained at about 3:22 p.m. The juvenile was processed at MPSD and returned to the custody of his family on an ankle monitor by the 12th Circuit Court-Juvenile Division.

MPSD recovers stolen property, looking for owners

During the spring and summer, the Mexico Public Safety Department (MPSD) investigated several thefts from storage units. Investigation led to a search warrant being served in the 200 block of Perry Street on Sept. 28. As a result, two suspects were identified and property from seven victims was recovered. As investigation into these thefts has continued, additional property has been recovered.
