Audrey Jewel (Beckmann) Shock, of Columbia, formerly of Mexico, passed away on March 19, 2023.
Audrey attended Mexico High School.
She worked at A.P. Green for 5 years, then moved to Phoenix.
She went to Greece where, in Zurich, Switzerland, she married Ray, her high school sweetheart. She returned to Mexico for a while, then moved to St. Louis. Audrey went to work at McDonnell Douglas where she retired.
Her husband Ray, passed away in 1997.
Survivors are 2 nieces: Judy (Glatz) Atterberrry and husband Larry, Jeanette (Glatz) Decker and husband Bob; nephew Ken Glatz and wife Annette; her many great nieces, nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Her Lifetime Celebration will be held at the First Christian Church in Columbia, Mo at 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
Audrey is buried in East Lawn Cemetery in Mexico, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may be made to the First Christian Church of Columbia or the St. James Evangelical Cemetery in Hermann, MO.
