Bruce Ford Stuart, 65, of Rush Hill, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the University of Missouri Hospital.
Private Funeral Services will be held for the family.
A Celebration of Life will start at 12 p.m. on Sat., Nov. 25, at the 4-H building.
Bruce was born on September 4, 1958, in Mexico, the son of Joe Ed and Barbara J. (Stotler) Stuart. He married Angie Lochridge on July 26, 2014, at their home in Rush Hill.
Bruce loved life and never met a stranger. He enjoyed fast cars and fast boats. He was always ready for an adventure, traveling to new places or experiencing new foods. Most of all he loved his family. His favorite thing to do was getting everyone together to hang out, grilling in the backyard, jet skiing and swimming at the lake.
He is survived by his wife, Angie; three sons, Justin (Amber) Stuart of Rush Hill, Nick (Jacque) Stuart of Mexico and Brendan Stuart (Breanna G.) of Columbia; eight grandchildren, Linn, Matthew, Natalie, Allison and Evan Stuart of Rush Hill, Korbyn and Gabby Stuart of Mexico and a future granddaughter; mother, Barbara Stuart of Mexico; one brother, Brian (Candi) Stuart of Fulton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ed Stuart.
