Living Hope UPC of Mexico, held its second annual Back to School Fun Day at Hardin Park on Saturday, July 22. Over 200 Mexico natives came to join in on the festivities. The church was able to give away almost 100 backpacks filled with age appropriate supplies. The group looks forward to holding this event next year to support the families of the community. Living Hope UPC gives thanks to Mexico Parks and Recreation and the Living Hope volunteers who helped make the event a success. Promoted by Living Hope of Mexico UPC, Pastor Shawn Martincic.
The event was directed by Sunday School Superintendent Melinda Fierge.
