Mexico High School Assistant Principal Dave Cochrane took the stage at the annual Missouri Association of Secondary Principals (MoASSP) Fall conference to accept an award for being selected as the Northeast Assistant Principal of the Year.
Cochrane has been an assistant principal with MHS for four years. He shared, “There are many exceptional administrators in this part of the state, and I am very humbled to have been nominated. Truthfully, I couldn’t do what I do without the staff at MHS. I appreciate them all.”
Seven assistant principals across Missouri were honored with a plaque award from MoASSP at the fall conference in Columbia earlier this month. Cochrane represented the Northeast Region; administrators from the area nominated him for the honor.
