Community R-6 basketball celebrated Senior Night on Tuesday at home against Sturgeon. Sarah Angel, Kayla Jett and Olivia Kuda for the Lady Trojans, Gavin Allen, Logan Johnson, Tucker Robnett and Ayden Meranda for the Trojans, and Jenna Eikel for the cheerleaders were honored between the girls and boys games.
The Lady Trojans defeated Sturgeon 59-52 after going 20-for-34 at the free throw line and having 24 points from Kylie Brooks and 22 points from Angel.
The Trojans came back to beat the Bulldogs 50-45 after winning the fourth quarter 17-3. Allen led Community with 19 points along with Mason Carroll, who scored 10 points in the fourth quarter.
