Edyth Jeannette Wood, 94, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at her residence at The Bluffs in Columbia. Edyth is survived by her two children, Arlen Claudie “Twig” Wood, Jr. (Bondi) of Columbia and Beth Michelle Myers (Loren) of Little River, Kan.; grandchildren Joseph Arlen Wood (Devin) of Sturgeon, Maggie May Lamle (TJ) of Aline, Okla., and Cindy Sue Jones (Casey) of Aline, Okla., and step grandchildren, Cindy Richardson of Wichita, Kan., and Krista Fedigan (Jim) of Texas. Edyth has seven great grandchildren: Addie, Avery, and Carter Wood; Lainie and Ayla Lamle; Tori and Trent Jones; and two step grandchildren, April and Kyle Richardson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia. Interment will be in the Sunset Hills Cemetery in Madison. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to service time on Friday, July 26, 2024, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia.
