Howard Gayle Riechers, 77, of Kingdom City, passed away at his home on October 15, 2023.
On March 30, 1946, Howard was born to the late Paul F. Riechers and the late Lena (Wenger) Riechers.
Howard worked for Foster Brother’s Trucking as a truck driver for 34 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed mowing the yard, going to tractor pulls, driving his truck, relaxing in his recliner, and loved any chance to get out and be social.
Howard will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Amy Riechers; stepdaughter, Paula Dailey (Norman); brothers, John P. Riechers of Columbia, Kenneth Riechers (Trena) of Mexico, Ed Riechers of Thompson, Gary Riechers of Kluth, Texas, and Richard Riechers of Center; sister, Pat Stephens of San Antonio, Texas, Kay Daughtery of Thompson, Marge Alverson of Moberly; grandchildren, Blake, Teagan, Tatum, Sophia, Brooklyn, Kenzie; great grandchildren, Harper, and Elijah.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bill Riechers, Donald Riechers; sister, Sue Newland; grandchild, Shelby.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m., on Sat., Oct. 21, at McCredie Community Church in Kingdom City with Pastor Ron Hess officiating. Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
