Jacobus “Koos” Venter, 66, Centralia, died Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the University of Missouri Hospital & Clinics in Columbia.
He is survived by two daughters Heleen Richard of Milltown, Ind. and Theonette Ramsden of Ingerville, New Zealand; one son, Jan Venter of Christchurch, New Zealand; his significant other Connie Wright and her family of Centralia; one brother, Andries Venter of South Africa; one sister Elmarie Botha of South Africa; three grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.
In addition to his parents and wife, a son Kobus Venter preceded him in death.
A celebration of life will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 10, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia.
